Mr. Freeman is a business minded engineer with more than 30 years of experience developing products, services, and business relationships in the power generation industry. Previously he was involved in mergers and acquisitions and held positions in operations, project management, and engineering. He directed business development for Intertek’s Asset Integrity Management (AIM) division, which he joined through the sale of Automation Technology, where he was VP of Business Development and Product Management. Earlier he held engineering and project management positions for fossil and nuclear groups at EPRI, SAIC, and Niagara Mohawk. Mr. Freeman holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University.
