Scott Riccardella

Mr. Riccardella is the Executive Director of the Pipeline Integrity and Compliance Solutions (PICS) Business Unit, leading a team that provides integrity management, assessment, and advanced analysis solutions to the pipeline industry.  

Mr. Riccardella joined SI in 2008 and helped establish and grow the PICS business unit from its origins to a leader in pipeline integrity and regulatory consulting. He has over 25 years of industry expertise, providing technical and business leadership in a broad range of disciplines, including pipeline integrity, fracture mechanics, business development, software development, and project management. He has received numerous industry honors, including the Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) Distinguished Researcher Award. His technical and business expertise has helped position Structural Integrity as a leading service provider in the Pipeline Industry.
