SI Solutions (SI) was founded in 2022 when Structural Integrity Associates, Inc., a leading specialty engineering consultant in the power and utility industry, and C2C Technical Services, a leading electrical engineering and electrical field service company, came together under new ownership with the vision of supporting critical infrastructure asset owners in the US and abroad. In 2024, SI Solutions added SC Solutions and their Engineering Controls Systems expertise to the SI suite of services.
Together, under the SI Solutions platform, our established brands are positioned to better serve our clients’ growing needs for asset management, compliance, maintenance, repair, and upgrade within the power generation, utility infrastructure, chemical, refining, and critical structures sectors in the United States and abroad.

Founded in 1983, Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. (SIA) provides its clients with innovative, integrated, and effective asset life cycle engineering solutions. SIA is Powered by Talent and Technology, evident in its staff of industry-leading experts with extensive experience in many facets of the energy industry, including engineering, science, and technical leadership. They exemplify SIA’s innovative direction and core values in delivering the best-in-value service and solutions to clients. SIA maintains eight offices in the US.
C2C Technical Services (C2C) is a Texas City, TX-based provider of critical path engineering and electrical & instrumentation services to industrial facilities. C2C’s continuous improvement metrics and project controls drive efficient results, from project planning to commissioning and start-up. The highly trained staff at C2C prides themselves in providing best-in-class service, safety performance, quality, and technical development while maintaining the standard of excellence exemplified by the company’s founders and leadership, Chuck and Craig.
SC Solutions provides modeling, analysis and control design solutions for the semiconductor, advanced materials manufacturing, and aerospace industries. Our products include real-time and run-to-run control, signal processing and process optimization. SC Solutions’ controllers have been proven in the field for over a decade.
